Amman, Nov. 16 (Petra) Salma Alayan, a recipient of the Gold Level of the El Hassan Youth Award, is taking part in the 2025 International Gold Event (IGE), currently underway in Lagos, Nigeria.

According to a statement issued Sunday, Alayan is representing Jordan at the global gathering, where she will join three days of specialized empowerment sessions focused on leadership, strategic communication and advocacy.

The event will also enable Alayan to meet fellow Gold Award holders from around the world to exchange experiences, build networks and learn about the award’s implementation across diverse cultural and community contexts.

Her participation underscores Jordan’s commitment to youth empowerment and reflects the spirit of leadership championed by the Al-Hussein Youth Award in preparing an informed and influential generation at both the national and international levels.
