Jordanian Judicial Institute Earns Top Arab Recognition for Excellence

Amman, Nov. 13 (Petra) -- The Jordanian Judicial Institute has been recognized as the best judicial training institution in the Arab world, receiving the Shield of Excellence at the 41st session of the Council of Arab Ministers of Justice, held Wednesday at the League of Arab States headquarters in Cairo.
The award was presented to the Institute’s Director General, Judge Dr. Nash’at Al-Akhras, by Sudan’s Minister of Justice, who chaired the session. The honor highlights the Institute’s leadership in developing judicial training programs and building the capacities of judges across Jordan and the wider Arab region.
In a statement, the Institute said the recognition crowns years of sustained achievement and innovation, reinforcing its standing as a key regional center for judicial training, knowledge exchange, and institutional development.
Judge Al-Akhras said the award reflects the Institute’s commitment to excellence and its adoption of advanced standards in judicial training. He credited the Jordanian Judicial Council’s continuous support and the dedication of national experts for helping raise Jordan’s profile in Arab judicial circles.
