Amman, Nov. 19 (Petra) -- Temperatures are expected to align with seasonal averages on Wednesday, bringing pleasant autumn weather over the high mountain areas and mild conditions elsewhere. Medium-level clouds will appear at times, particularly toward the east, while southeasterly winds remain moderate, occasionally strengthening and generating dust in desert regions.

According to the official weather forecast, a slight rise in temperatures is expected on Thursday. The weather will continue to feel pleasantly autumnal over higher elevations and mild across the rest of the country, with high clouds developing throughout the day. Winds will maintain a moderate southeasterly flow.

On Friday, temperatures climb a bit further, rising about 6–7 C above their typical levels for this time of year. The weather is expected to be generally mild, accompanied by moderate southeasterly winds. A slight drop in temperatures follows on Saturday, though conditions remain mild overall, with similar wind patterns.

Wednesday’s temperatures range between 21 C–11 C in East Amman and 19 C–9 C in West Amman. Readings in the northern highlands are forecast at 18 C–10 C, while the Sharah highlands will see 20 C–9 C.

Desert regions are expected at 24 C–11 C, and the plains at 21 C–12 C. The northern valley will record 29 C–19 C, the southern valley 30 C–21 C, the Dead Sea 29 C–20 C, and Aqaba 30 C–19 C.
