Amman, Nov. 9 (Petra) – Umniah, a Jordanian mobile network operator, on Sunday announced a strategic partnership with CEQUENS, a global provider of AI-powered communication channel solutions.

According to a statement by Umniah, the partnership aims to expand the telecom company's digital services for corporate and government sectors in Jordan and the region, by offering "innovative" solutions in enterprise messaging and interactive communication channels.

Under the partnership, Umniah and CEQUENS have launched an advanced AI-powered communication platform designed to provide institutions with bulk and targeted SMS services, integration with WhatsApp Business, Facebook, and Instagram Application Programming Interface (APIs), email campaigns, push notifications, customer interaction APIs, and advanced analytics and reporting dashboards.

Talking at the signing ceremony, Iyad Jabr, CBO of Umniah’s Business Sector, said the platform will enable institutions to interact faster using AI through "seamless, reliable, and scalable" communication solutions.

In turn, Nermeen Sobhy, Carrier Relations and Vice President of CEQUENS, said the partnership will provide Jordanian companies, through collaboration with Umniah, with tools to build "deeper and more impactful" relationships with their customers.
