Amman, Sept 15 (Petra) – The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announced Monday the availability of several scholarships under the cultural exchange program for the 2025–2026 academic year for undergraduate programs in technical fields in the Kingdom of Morocco.

The ministry stated that applicants must be Jordanian and have obtained the 2025 Jordanian General Secondary Education Certificate or its equivalent in one of the following streams: scientific, scientific (medical field), or scientific (engineering field). The minimum required average is 80% for engineering specialties and 65% for other disciplines. Applications should be submitted via: [https://forms.gle/VqxtDcKky968Ki1L7].

Selection will be based on the highest grades in the General Secondary Certificate. Applications are open from today until September 20, 2025.

The scholarship covers tuition fees, university housing, and a monthly allowance according to Moroccan authorities’ guidelines. Instruction will be in French, and students are required to complete a preparatory year in French before beginning their studies.

The ministry emphasized that the Moroccan side determines the university placement, and students may not request changes to the university or major afterward. Only one major can be selected, and applications from students who graduated before 2025 will not be considered.

Applicants are responsible for the accuracy of submitted documents and information; any discrepancy with official documents will result in disqualification.
