Sterling edges higher against dollar and euro

London, Nov. 17 (Petra) The British pound posted slight gains in currency trading on Monday, rising 0.18 percent against the U.S. dollar to 1.31688.

According to UK financial centers, sterling also continued its recovery against the euro, advancing 0.26 percent to 1.13627.
